About the Lauren & Emily Failla Foundation

What We Do

Fund Programs: There are lots of people doing good work every day and we want to help!  We are currently funding the Art Mentorship Program put on by the Arts Council of the Morris Area, but we are always looking for new programs to partner with!

Run New Initiatives: We have lots of ideas on how to continue Lauren and Emily's good works and have already established a very successful program preparing newborn baby bags for needy families leaving the NICU!  Do you see a need in the community, somewhere that the LEFF can help?  Let us know!

Honor Lauren & Emily: Lauren and Emily are behind every action of the foundation.  We strive to help programs that she had dedicated time to, and seek out other opportunities to help in areas that she was passionate about. 

Who We Are

We are anyone and everyone whose lives were improved because of Lauren or Emily.  We are family, friends, colleagues, students, recepients of chocolate chip cookies or one of their infectious smiles.  We are those that want to continue the kindess and good spirits that both Lauren & Emily have taught us.
